ABOUT ME

My passion for fitness started as a young child.  I didn't sit still very well! So, my mom enrolled me into gymnastics.  Gymnastics was a big part of my childhood from 7-18 years of age.  I also thrived on other sports throughout my school years such as volleyball, track & field and dance.  My interest in the science of the human body brought me to Western University where I studied Kinesiology and the Health sciences.  There I joined the Varsity cheerleading team where I was quickly immersed into the weightlifting and gym world.  My knowledge and experience of the human body has continued to expand through my 12 years as a Personal Trainer. I continue to challenge myself in new athletic ventures such as Fitness modelling competitions, Crossfit, Nutrition and Yoga!
​The core values my business focuses on are training for health, training for performance and training for life!
 It's important as you begin to establish a new routine to enjoy the process!  I want you to build confidence and believe in your capabilities.  To push past what's 'normal'.  I want you to learn how to listen to your body and what it's trying to tell you.  Knowledge is a powerful tool and when you know why you're training a certain way you're more apt to succeed.
I believe in a well rounded, enjoyable fitness plan, full of variety for those clients seeking t0 achieve fitness goals.
