Here's a full-body 50 min workout that you can take ANYWHERE!
No equipment needed and very little space required.

It's a great workout and you're guaranteed to feel it the next day 

*Note: This is our first attempt at television, so, please excuse the awkward silences in the beginning segment.  We get better as we go along and even get a little more witty*
